Today we took the girls and their cousin, Ashley, ice skating. This was a first for both Reagan and Riley and they were so excited about going skating. We put our skates on and they were ready to go.

Reagan was a little nervous and very shaky. She could not get her balance and used the wall or an adult for support. She was a trooper though. She would fall and get right back up. She had a smile on her face the entire time and never stopped to take a breath. By the end of our two hours, she was doing better, taking a few glides on her own ... but stayed close to the wall!

I was a little surprised they had skates to fit Riley, but they did and we allowed her to go skating. She had a blast. She put her skates on and literally ran, on ice skates, to the ice. She never once was scared or nervous. She kept stiff legs and allowed us to push her around the ice. She even was brave enough to try it on her own and she did great. She was better than Reagan! After two hours of skating, she did not want to stop. I do believe she is a natural athlete.

That Tooth Fairy came and made a big ole' mess for Mom to clean up. She left glitter all over Reagan's room, including her bed! Reagan woke up so excited to see the glitter, the new tooth.

Reagan's 1st Lost Tooth!

For six months, Reagan has been wishing and talking about her tooth being loose. I kept feeling her tooth, to find everything nice and tight in her mouth. Well, yesterday, once again, she tells me she has a loose tooth. So I felt her tooth again, and she was right ... she officially had her first loose tooth. All day Sunday, she messed with her tooth, pushing, pulling, twisting, which made it very loose. Monday morning, she was in tears ... her mouth hurt her so much from the constant messing with it. I had enough of it by 4:00, so I told her to pull it out. She tried to pull it, but could not grip it. So, Mom stepped in. I got a paper towel, grabbed the tooth, and BAM! She no longer has a loose tooth!

Reagan and her cute smile, before she lost her tooth.
Her tooth, hanging by a thread.
First thing she did, called Grandma and her best friend.
Look at that sweet smile!

After 9 months of living in our new house, I am officially done searching for, painting, and placing things in Reagan's room. We have done everything possible to her room, including new carpet, painting walls, replacing doors, new blinds, finding great furniture, painting furniture, buying a new bed and bedding, and decorating. Her room is so pretty and she absolutely loves it. She is so proud to show everyone who comes over, her "Shabby Chic" room, as she calls it.

Her room progression ... from start to finish.

This picture frame was made by some dear friends of ours in Arizona, and it fits so perfectly in Reagan's room. She looks at her sweet friends everyday and remembers them.

Today was the Kindergarden Graduation Ceremony at Reagan's school. It is amazing how quickly this year has flown by and how much the kids have grown up. We were so lucky to have such a wonderful group of kids and an exceptional teacher this year. Reagan has made such great friends that she will keep forever. We are looking forward to the summer and then 1st Grade, where we will have the same group of kids and the same teacher ... aren't we lucky!
Thank you Ms. Young and Seminole Elementary for making my child's first year at school so special.
