Reagan has been asking for her own garden for a while now. We have had an empty corner in our yard since we moved here, and finally decided to let her plant a garden. The day started with Mom raking out most of the rocks (we have NO grass, all rocks in our yard). Then off to Home Depot where we let Reagan pick out some flowers she wanted. She chose Foxglove, Lavender, and a butterfly garden decoration. Then back home for an afternoon of pure labor for Dad. After digging holes around the sprinkler system and planting the flowers, we had almost a finished product. All we have left to do is spread some mulch around and we will be done. Reagan is very happy with her garden. Our backyard looks so pretty ... lets hope the heat does not take too much of a toll on it! We are already forcasted to hit 99 degrees this week ... YUCK!

Riley loved playing on this plant holder, that is in the shape of a bicycle. She is going to be so sad once she realizes we planted some flowers in her toy.
