We are waiting to close on our house in Seminole, Florida. We had a rough time finding a house that met our criteria, but we came across this house … a 2800 square foot, corner lot, older home with fantastic landscaping. The best part of the house is that it is less than 3 miles to Scott’s office … NO MORE COMMUTE! The down side of the house is that is was built in 1972 and has not been updated since then … so we have a lot of work ahead of us to make it perfect. But this house has such great potential, it is going to be great when we are done remodeling it. And it is big enough that we will have plenty of room for company … so we will be expecting some!

The garage entrance and the backyard. The garage is in the back and there is a sunroom on the entire back side of the house that overlooks the backyard. The landscaping in the backyard is jungle like, but with some “taming”, it is going to be beautiful. 
The side of the house … we have AWESOME trees in our yard. What a difference from AZ!
