My Oh My ... Reagan is already NINE!

It is hard to believe that this beautiful young lady came into our world NINE years ago. Oh, how the time just flys!!! 

There are so many words to describe Reagan:

BEAUTIFUL

SMART

SWEET

WELL MANNERED

FUN LOVING

EMOTIONAL

CARING

DRAMATIC

and the list can go on and on ...

Reagan loves dancing, singing, science, and being a girly girl. She is into doing her hair and wants to "play" make-up whenever Mom will let her. She has become a good little helper, and was even caught putting a trash bag into the trash can the other day!!!! Now, that doesn't seem like much, but for Reagan, it is a big deal. She still suffers from her "sensitive reflexes", but has been learning how to control herself and has had a much better year.

We celebrated her 9th birthday with a bunch of surprises. 

The morning of her birthday, she got a new dress to wear to school and Mom made her birthday pancakes. 

The night of her birthday, we took her out to dinner at her favorite local restaurant, where ....

she was surprised by a handful of her friends. She was tickled to death that she got to spend her actual birthday DAY with her girlfriends. 

She also was surprised to have a birthday cake, mainly because Mom told her since she wasn't having a party, she didn't really need a cake.

But of course, Mom did get her a cake and she was so surprised!

Her big present, for foregoing a birthday party this year, we went to Walt Disney World for the weekend, where we camped at Fort Wilderness and hit 3 out of the 4 parks.

We started our morning off at the Trails End Restaurant for a yummy all you can eat buffet breakfast. The good thing about kids who wake up early, we were the only people at the buffet for the first 20 minutes!

Then we took the boat to the Magic Kingdom

After a long day, we headed back to the campground 

(this was just minutes before Riley fell and busted her nose, bled all over the boat, and caused a big scene ... nothing like some drama to end the day).

The next day, we started out at Animal Kingdom.

Reagan took over the camera on the Safari ride ... got a shot of Dad and Doodle.

She then took over 100 pictures of the animals we saw on the Safari.

Then we headed over to Hollywood Studios. The girls danced with Disney Channel Rocks group.

(Then the camera died, due to someone taking too many pictures of animals earlier). 

We then went to a nice dinner at Hollywood and Vine, and got VIP tickets to see the Fantasmic Show.

Of course, Riley had to pose also. 

What a "FANTASMIC" weekend we had for Reagan's birthday.
