The Posti Family: WOW!!! Riley Nicole Posti is 6!!!

March 24th, 2007, I was woken up at midnight and just knew it was time for Riley's arrival. Off to the hospital we went and just 2 hours later, this little precious Doodle Bug came into our lives.

One day old

Riley was a happy baby. She smiled and laughed and loved her sisters attention. Poor baby had 2 surgeries before her 1st birthday, one on her eye and tubes in her ears, but it never stopped her!

One Year Old

(Her party included our neighborhood friends and family, who we were blessed to have around for the beginning of her life.)

As Riley grew, she grew even more happy. She started getting her personality and everyone just loved being around her.

Two Years Old

(This party was a BUBBLE Party. We had lots of bubbles, balloons, balls, and friends. What a great party)

Going into her third year, we moved from Arizona to Florida where she just LOVED the beach and outdoors. She started getting her sassy personality and we knew we were in for some FUN years with her!

Three Years Old

(Her birthday was spent with just a small group of new friends we met in Florida, friends we will have forever)

Four Years Old

(We took her to Disney for a Pirate Makeover this year)

Just her face alone tells you what a character she is!

Then it was off to preschool, to prepare her for the "real life" she was going to have to face going to school. She proved to be a social butterfly, never not having a great day. She also showed her stubbornness, where she makes a point to only share the information she wants to share, such as what exactly she is learning in school. She left preschool with us not exactly knowing what she knew for kindergarten.

Five Years Old

(Another year spent at the park. We went to Sea World and Busch Gardens this year for her birthday)

AND ....

SIX YEARS OLD TODAY!!!!!

Riley is excelling in Kindergarten. She is a smart little cookie, but still holds her stubborn streak. She doesn't push herself to go beyond what is expected of her, mainly because she is to busy socializing and having a good time to care. She is a peanut, one of the littlest in her class, but makes up for it with her personality. She is talkative (and I mean VERY TALKATIVE), social, sassy, sweet, loving, and an all around HAPPY GIRL!

For her party this year, she had a Lalaloopsy Party. She invited a couple of her school friends over and had a great party!
